Esports organisation Fnatic has hinted at a merchandise release in collaboration with Italian luxury brand, Gucci with a 9-second long clip featuring players from their League of Legends team. Shot in a warehouse illuminated by an LED-covered gaming rig, the team is seen fully outfitted in Gucci as they were at the brand’s F/W 2020 Men’s showcase earlier this year. Commonly known for its luxury goods and place in streetwear, this collaboration and a front-row invitation to Fnatic could suggest the first of future partnerships with the Esports community.

Fnatic sure has a flair for attracting sponsors and collaborators from outside of the tech and gaming industry—evident from the marque of BMW on the team’s official merchandise and dual team colour apparel made with Cloud9. Following their collaboration with Gucci, they’re set to release an apparel drop with athletic brand Champion in the coming months. Further details of this exciting release will be announced on Fnatic’s official online store.
