Do I need an account to make an order?
Signing up for an account is not necessary on the CCShop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) in addition to PayPal.
Does CC Shop ship internationally?
CCShop ships worldwide with the exception of a few select countries. For international orders, we offer both SpeedPost and FedEx services. For international SpeedPost shipments, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.). For FedEx shipments, FedEx will be handling your parcel from door-to-door.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over if, or how much you will be charged for customs, and we are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is dependent on your shipping country and the total cart volumetric weight.
What is the currency of the price stated?
CCShop processes and charges orders in Singapore Dollar (SGD). If you are ordering out of Singapore, the final purchase total may vary as it is subjected to currency conversion fees levied by your bank.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Following this, we will provide you with another shipping confirmation email (including tracking information) once the order is handed over to the carrier.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
All orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation. Once an order is submitted, CCShop is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or canceled prior to shipment.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Exchange policy will be within the next 7 days upon receiving your parcel. All requests will be subjected to approval and/or dependent on the stock level of the products.

What is the typical response time to a customer inquiry?
Every customer inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org, is important to us, and we strive to have your questions or concerns resolved as promptly as possible. Response time is usually within 48 hours. Our business hours are 10AM – 5PM (GMT+8) Monday – Friday.
